foliage

Somebody said that in watercolours, when you show trees at a distance, dont show leaves, and when you show jungle(folliage) dont show trees. In this picture, i have tried to do the same, and mostly i follow this principle. My inspiration is David Talor of Australia, and he is master at conveying trees with just a minimum detailing.

"Decide the essence of a thing-then explain it with the fewest possible strokes" -Edgar Whitney. And you seem to have mastered it.
