before and after

i am putting some sketches in black and white(before),and same sketches with washes of watercolour(after).I was in rush to go to some programme and had no time for painting so did the colouring part at home. This is the first time i did that, but surely wont be a last time,as i can do more with this method..only problem is to find out time at home after sunday.

Your work is so beautiful, thank you for the inspiration!

Beautiful as always. The washes really add 'color' to the sketches. :).

Love the effect that gets created when the sketch pen marks get pulled with water to stain the paper. I have tried the same with a purple sketch pen. And the stains were interesting. The red and the blue kind of get separated to give a nice effect.

Thanks all.Prabal,i too love that accidental mixing of sketchpen ink!!
All of markers dont loose colour and so its always a surprise result for me.

Hi Sanjeev, this is so great seeing the B/W first and then the way the colour has been used. As usual, really great work!
