Art fest







Due to monsoon rains nothing much is happening on painting scene.Tomorrow an art festival is starting



in one of the local art gallery.i am exhibiting 3 of my paintings.There are about 70 artists exhibiting various types of works.I am posting the three which i have sent to them.The festival will be for a week,with lectures,demos,workshops held everyday.I am looking forward to it.

Gosh, the first one is not your usual subject Sanjeev. It's fantastic - expect more boats from now on! Holding thumbs for the show for you - your work is too good not to do well.

Good luck with the art show. I really love the third one, and am struggling with boats myself at the moment..... so a dash here and a dash there ...as in your painting is inspiration to me. Maggie

thank you all.Two of three are displayed.I dont like group exhibitions,as there is too much of variety!anyway i am happy with my blog,where people like you appreciate and i value them a lot.thanks again.Liz i have more of boats,will try and put them in one of the posts.Are you watching ashes??

Hi Sanjeev, looking forward to the boats! Amazing outcome this 2nd Ashes!! I think Australia are going to come out guns blazing in the third one!
