Feel of Velas, through sketches..

Just back from a weekend trip to Velas,a small beach side village in Konkan, maharashtra .The place is known for turtle conservation project..I went with a group to witness turtle hatching on the beach of Velas..in the spare time i made few sketches while walking back from beach to village.sharing some sketches here..

Banaras,also known as Varansi, is a pilgrimage place in north India.Its famous for its Ghats( stepped approches to river Ganga), The river Ganga is considered very auspicious in Hindu Mythology..The city is vibrant, and colourful..also crowded with people.I have tried to sketch the ghats ,mostly impressions which i felt.
