murud art camp.

I am just back froma three day art camp near my place pune.the coastal town of murud is very picture perfect.it is always a challenge to depict the natural beauty of this place. i have tried to catch the essence of the plce through my sketchpaintings.The art camp was arranged by art2 day gallery in pune.We were about 35 artists who painted on the spot.enjoy the pictures.

fergusson college pune.

for last three weeks i have been going every sunday to this college for sketching.The college is 125 years old institute.the structures are made from local grey stone in neo gothic style.i have tried to capture the essence of the campus in my work.Its holiday time.so not much is happening in the college,which helps me to draw quietly...

I have been busy with work and lazy with art,so the combined effect was that i didnot have any thing to upload.But last two sundays i was outdoors and have something to share with you all.last sunday i went to a temple town near pune my place. its a wonderful small riverside village with religious importance.It has many old structures which are any painters delite.Also did some university sketches the sunday before.posting some of them here.
